Tight production control and step-by-step monitoring of Reconditioning processes ensure that we deliver a product that can again wistand the harch enviroment in operation on board . All welders are issued Lloyds certified every year .

Reconditioning

This is a typical B&W bore cooled Cylinder Cover as received at our works. Inner and Outer Coolingwater rings or if applicable as with other Engine makes, the Coolingwater Plugs are allways removed for Pre-Inspection.

Cover is Cleaned /Grit blasted and will then undergo a Reconditioning as per outcome of the Pre-Inspection according to the Summary Workshop Procedures iniated by Mr Johan M. van West .
