We have NEW cylinder liners in stock in the range of medium speed and slow speed, 350mm up to 980 mm diameter. All from well-known makers.

All liners are quality controlled at the producer and certified by DNV-GL / Lloyds Class / Bureau Veritas. Then they are preserved and crated. When products enter our workshop they have to pass our own strict quality control before we deliver to our clients.

Also now available: cylinder liners machined to be used with Hans Jensen SIP Lubricators and for MAN B&W Alpha Lubricators for MC engines. And of course we can also modify your own cylinder liners.

Unused NEW and slightly used

In the active shipping market of these days, the production of new cylinder liners cannot always keep up with the demands of the market. If you need a quick solution, we can offer you (multiple) options from our pool of slightly used liners for almost all two stroke engines. Each part is ready for use as a first class product.

21 cylinder-liner

We have inspected these liners thoroughly:

      • The scavenging ports are ultrasonically tested for cracks.
      • Coolingwater bores are cleaned.
      • Landings are dressed up.
      • A full Inspection report is made and is available upon request.
      • The liners are painted and rust protected stored in wooden crates.
      • Re-certified by Lloyds Amsterdam when needed.
      • Markings are left intact so that the origin can be traced.
